At our retail shop in Hradec Králové we also provide complete service of roller skates. If your skates need to be repaired, cleaned, lubricated or wheels replaced, come and see us. Some skates also allow heat shaping of the boots, if your skates are pushing you, come to our shop and we will shape your skates in a special hot air oven or with a special hair dryer. For skates purchased in Hejduk Sport stores we have free service, for others the price list below applies.
What do you mean by a complete skate service? We will prepare your skates for the season! We will check, clean and grease the bearings and axles. We'll check the wheels, and depending on their condition, we'll either flip them over and rotate them for a smooth ride. We will recommend replacement if necessary. Another important part is also checking the chassis attachment to the shoe, tightening the bolts and adjusting the brake or brake pad.
Do you need to change the wheels and don't know how to do it? Stop by and we'll replace your wheels. To extend the life of the wheels, we recommend that you rotate them regularly (for even running). The inside of the wheels always run down, so you need to rotate the wheels from time to time to even out the wear. The first and last wheels are always more loaded (depending on the riding style), so you need to swap the wheels (always change the first wheel for the third and the second for the fourth). This change will significantly affect the overall life of the wheels.
